Almendras de Frubézar
The almond plantations of Frubézar total 231,75 hectares of irrigated land allocated to the production of the Soleta, Marta, Belona and Lauranne variations. The first trees were planted in 2015 and at present we continue to expand the land area to increase the production of this fruit that is giving us such good quality results.
The trees are planted in intensive and super intensive frameworks. The innovation for each framework is constant. The farm work for each season and the mechanics for the collection are optimised every year through a technical plan focused on improving each process. In 2023 we will add to our plantation a de-capping plant. In our effort to care for the environment, we are strongly commited to saving water and we use the organic residues of the almond tree for livestock food by-products.
